Management as we know is the art of getting things done through the people to fulfil predetermined goals and objectives.

Organization:

Our trust as an organization defined as a systematic arrangement of co-ordinating people having definite responsibilities and working together towords common objectives.

Administration:

Administration of the trust is defined as the function of an enterprises that determines the overall policy and objectives. It also enables daily runni ng of the trust/organisation by directing conduct and control.

Purpose:

Our purpose is the overall objectives of any work or act.

Policy:

Policy of our trust is the overall guideline adopted to achieve the purpose. Decisions on policy need an assessment of the the available purposes in relation to resources and the future prospects and conditions forseen so that the basic means of applying the resources can be decided and defined as a policy.

Planning:

Planing is that branch of our Trust’s management which decides, how the resources of the enterprises can be best used to attain the trust policy purpose and policy.

Project:

The each and every project is control by a Project director, and lastly Executive Director and finally, C.E.O.-cum-Managing Trustee.

Division of work:

Among the skilled personnel to increase efficiency and output.

Authority:

 Right to give order and expect to see them obeyed. This flows from top to bottom.

Responsibility:

 Responsibility that flow from bottom to top and some time from top to bottom also.

Discipline:

It is represented in our trust strictly by punctuality, obedience, respect and honesty.

Unity of Command:

As in our practice orders are given by only one superior that is our C.E.O.- cum-Managing Trustee.

Management Objectives:

All efforts are co-ordinated for the specific objective.

Priority of Business:

It is expected from over personal interest.

It is for all the employee and workers. : It is maintaining among employees for successful execution of order. It is given in Organogram.
